Derrick and Matty live and work in the beautiful state of Maine, USA. We are a family run business with about 10 years of restaurant and concession trailer experience. We understand the hard work and passion that goes into running a successful food business. The dream is not impossible to achieve. It’s not just about the sale for us, our goal is to provide the highest quality trailers at affordable rates period. We work hard to customize to every customer’s specific needs so that they are only paying for what they actually need.

HOW IT ALL STARTED….

After running a restaurant and concession trailer business for almost 10 years, we decided to close our restaurant and focus more on our concession trailer business. It was a great decision for us. We found the overhead to be much less, easier to staff, and it turned out to be a lot more profitable than having a brick and mortor. As we were looking to expand our food truck business, we ran into all sorts of issues in finding a quality trailer.

Our search for good quality trailers….

We initially started out with a home-made style trailer and then upgraded to a mid-priced trailer. Over the years we realized what could had been built better and took notes for the next purchase. We ended up splurging on a very expensive trailer but found it was very poorly built. It was an expensive lesson that higher price points do not always mean you get better quality. We then explored the lower priced trailers and found many ads were too good to be true, and an aboundance of scammers ready to take our money.

Turning Lemons into Lemonade…

We saw a gap in this market and sought to fill it. We took all of our years of restaurant experience, all of our varried experience in working with a diversity of concession trailers and equipment; and we decided to build a company that would take a more hands on approach on quality manufacturing.
